To help us help you faster, please include where relevant:
- The email address you use to sign in to BEEZEE
- Your role (Manager or Employee) and your business name
- Your device (iPhone or Android) and the app version (Settings → About)
- A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen
- A screenshot if the issue is visual
Common topics
- Setting up a business account. New business accounts are created on request — email us and we'll get you set up.
- Adding employees. Employees don't self-register. The Manager invites them from inside the app.
- Resetting your password. Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to receive a one-time code by email.
- Account deletion or data export. Email us with the request and we'll process it within the timelines set out in our Privacy Policy.

For privacy questions, data subject requests under GDPR, or anything related to our Terms, please use the same email address — it is our single point of contact for all data protection matters.
